Dear John,
It is not often that I find myself writing
these types of letters, but I simply
must do so in this
instance.
The motivational speech you gave our
company was simply outstanding!
I felt my entire sales team benefited, as
since your talk I personally visited with and talked to many
of them about the time they spent with you whilst
watching you "do
your stuff".
It is very interesting for me, as what
surprised me the most was the fact
that not only did my sales team get value
from your talk (as that was the sole
reason for me hiring you in the first place) but my other
support personnel, right down to
the receptionist were also inspired. This surprised
even
me!
To be honest I did not expect that.
As I'm sure you can appreciate I am a very
busy man as I'm responsible for a $100 Million company that is listed on the stock
exchange. As such, I thought myself attending your talk
would be a "waste of time". However, the biggest of all
shocks came to me the next day. After attending I found even
myself inspired to reach for even bigger dreams in building
my business and in my personal life too. To someone like me
this is rare as I already give 100%. I do not say that
lightly either. It was by far the most
beneficial money I
have spent in a long time and to be quite honest with you,
that's all I was interested in, i.e. the bottom line.
Your ability to communicate with all
levels of my employees was truly remarkable. More
importantly, everyone of our sales teams has indeed lifted
themselves to meet the criteria that not only you set them,
but also that they themselves had set.
Your unique formula, and the fact they all have achieved in
excess of those targets, with ease, is testimony to your
powerful presence in presenting your seminar. It is not a
question of will I get you back to talk to my teams again,
but when!
Once again, it was quite simply the best
experience we have ever had.
Normally I wouldn't, however, please feel
free to use my letter as a recommendation to any other
company (except my competitors) that may be considering
hiring you for a "pep talk".
